Did my order go through?

  • You should receive an email confirmation regarding your order in your inbox from us that says “Thyme & Honey: Order Confirmed #(your order number)”.

  • This is your confirmation email that your order was placed. If you see a charge go through, we have received your order!

  • Make sure you double-check your Spam folder if you don’t see it in your standard inbox.

What if I need to change something about my order?

When will I hear from you about picking-up or the delivery of my order?

  • We will be in contact with you approximately 48 hours via email before your order is scheduled for pickup or delivery to either confirm a pickup time, or inform you when we will delivering your order.
