Our popular heart shaped box is back! This limited edition mon chérie box is filled with Marin French Triple Créme Brie, Tête de Moine curls and Cypress Grove Midnight Moon cheese, along with Hot Calabrese Salami and Spec, crisp candy snap grapes, clementines, strawberries, raspberries and cherries with local honey from Bees In The D as well as valentines non pareils chocolate + cherry almond torrone.

A little bit about our featured cheeses:

Marin French Triple Créme Brie:Marin French Cheese Co.’s Triple Crème Brie is created using traditional French cheese making techniques that start with local milk, added cream, and a unique blend of cultures. The result is a brie style cheese that is smooth and creamy with slightly sweet, milky flavors and a velvety white rind. Our award winning cheese made its name internationally known at the World Cheese Awards in London in 2005. It was the only cheese to win Gold in the Brie category amongst all European competitors, for an unprecedented win over even the French cheese entrants.

Tête de Moine Curls: The fruity, full-bodied Tête De Moine dates back eight centuries, when it was first created by Swiss monks at the Abbey de Bellelay in the Jura Mountains. When cut using a girolle the layers are whittled away to reveal a “bald spot” in the wheel—fitting for a cheese that’s name translates to the French for “monk’s head.” The cutting process releases the cheese’s intense, fruity aroma. Complement this cheese with equally flavorful Black Cherry Confit.

Cypress Grove Midnight Moon: Aged six months or more, Midnight Moon® is a blushing, ivory-colored goat cheese that’s nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish. Similar to a Gouda, as Midnight Moon® ages, protein crystals form and lend a slight crunch to the otherwise dense and smooth cheese. Know someone who (gasp!) doesn’t like goat cheese? Encourage them to dip their toes back in the water with our nutty cheese, Midnight Moon®, which has been known to convert even the staunchest of goat cheese critics.
